近日,遂宁的“老池盘龙鳝鱼”获得了中国驻巴基斯坦大使馆文化参赞兼巴基斯坦中国文化中心主任张和清的高度赞扬。 并且还在国外媒体平台X(原推特)上转发了遂宁的“老池盘龙鳝”,同步配文如下:
“Oh my! Just reading about Suining's "Laochi Panlong Eel" makes my mouth water. The description of it being spicy, crispy, with fragrant bones and tender meat is simply tantalizing. No wonder it's a must - have rural delicacy for locals during Spring Festival. It sounds like a burst of flavor that any "Hungry Snake" in 2025 would be eager to sink their teeth into!”
天呐!光是读到遂宁的“老池盘龙鳝”,我就垂涎欲滴。麻辣香脆,骨香肉嫩,简直让人太馋了,难怪它是当地人春节必吃的乡村美食。感觉是“贪吃蛇”们都渴望咬一口的味道!
据悉,老池盘龙鳝,最早源于遂宁市老池场镇文静路上的文静餐厅,惟其焦香爽辣、口感独特被冠以“老池”以示正宗。如今的“老池盘龙鳝”早已成为了地标性的美食,并被更多食客所熟知。
在2021年7月,并入选四川省省级天府旅游美食候选名单,老池盘龙鳝正用最“火爆”的手艺,留着每一个遂宁人的记忆,传承最“美”的味道。
