因海而兴。2022年，全球首艘10万吨级智慧渔业大型养殖工船“国信1号”，首次在青岛交付运营，对拓宽中国深远海养殖具有重大意义。
Qingdao is a prosperous city thanks to the ocean. In 2022, Guoxin No.1, the world’s first 100,000-tonne smart aquaculture vessel, was delivered and put into operation in Qingdao for the first time, which is of great significance for expanding China’s deep-sea and far-sea aquaculture.

向海图强。2023年，山东省烟台市莱山区的“耕海1号”二期项目正式投运。“耕海1号”集渔业养殖、海上观光、休闲垂钓、科研科普等于一体，释放海洋经济的巨大潜力，打造现代化海上综合体。
Yantai City is looking for fresh growth steam from the ocean. In April this year, the second-phase project of marine ranch complex“Genghai No.1” in Yantai’s Laishan District was officially put into operation.“Genghai No.1” integrates fishery breeding, sea sightseeing, leisure fishing, scientific research and popular science, unleashing the great potential of marine economy by building a modern complexon the sea.
“科技创新”也是烟台海洋产业发展的核心动能，预计到2025年，烟台将打造省级及以上海洋科技创新平台35家，涉海高新技术企业超过70家，立足海洋产业关键领域，破解海洋经济发展难题，打造海洋经济新蓝图。

与海共生。近几年，山东省着重开展海洋生态修复、海洋保护、滨海湿地生态保护等工作。威海作为第一批中国沿海开放城市，保护海洋生态文明更是重中之重。
Weihai City is known for its livable environment. In recent years, Shandong has stepped up efforts on marine and coastal wetland ecological restorationand protection.Weihai, as the first batch of coastal open cities in China, has put marine ecological development high on its agenda.
自2012年以来，威海已累计实施了52个各类海洋生态修复项目，修复受损岸线120公里、湿地800公顷，让海洋生态保护修复工作真正落到实处。威海推动海水养殖向绿色集约转型，海洋捕捞向远洋拓展，滨海旅游业向跨界融合转变，在转型中发展，不断集聚壮大海洋发展新动能。
