The building of major application scenarios, such as the "satellite-ground interconnection + low-altitude private network" control platform, indoor-outdoor integrated navigation, air-sky-ground-water integrated perception systems, and 3D realistic digital twin cities, is in steady progress.
在株洲，“北斗+智慧出行”正赋能这座工业城市，重塑其智慧出行的交通新生态。北斗技术辅助智能网联汽车进行导航路径规划，精确到厘米级，保障车辆在路面上的行驶安全。
In Zhuzhou, an industrial hub, the integration of the BDS and smart mobility is fueling the city's development and redefining its smart transportation ecosystem. Leveraging the BDS technology, intelligent connected vehicles can plan navigation routes with centimeter-level precision, ensuring safe driving on roads.
哈啰Robotaxi技术负责人谢文韬：“我们的车辆能够精准识别自己在哪个地方，哪个位置和哪个车道上，它在正常行驶、变速以及拐弯的时候，也能够准确地通过（北斗）定位来去进行整个自动驾驶，辅助我们整个感知套件进行智能化模型的运转”。
Xie Wentao, head of technology at Hello Robotaxi: “Our vehicles can accurately identify their precise location, including the specific position and lane. During normal driving, speed changes, and turns, they can reliably use BDS positioning to perform fully autonomous driving, supporting our perception system to operate intelligent models.”
而在湘江株洲段，“北斗+”让河道巡检有了新方式。依托北斗的高精度定位，无人机自动巡检，可以及时、精准地发现、预测非法作业和溺水事故，事件响应时间缩短80%。
Along the Zhuzhou section of the Xiangjiang River, the application of the BDS has revolutionized river patrols. Powered by the BDS's high-precision positioning, drones conduct automated patrols, enabling timely and accurate detection and prediction of illegal activities and drowning incidents. This has cut response time by 80%.
湖南新翼智能科技发展有限公司董事长鲁俊：“北斗通过卫星定位，确保了无人机的正常飞行。所以整个北斗技术，对我们无人机的任务执行，高精度定位，紧急情况下能够执行任务，起到了重要的保障作用”。
Lu Jun, board chairman of Hunan New Wings Tech: “The BDS ensures the normal operation of drones through satellite positioning. The entire BDS technology plays a crucial role in our drone mission execution by providing high-precision positioning and enabling task completion in emergency situations.”
近年来，株洲作为全国工信领域北斗规模应用试点城市，锚定“打造全国全域全场景北斗规模应用示范城市”目标，拓展了一批世界级、国家级北斗规模应用场景，目前其综合评分在全国39个城市中暂居首位。
In recent years, Zhuzhou, as a pilot city for large-scale BDS applications in the national industrial and information technology sector, has aimed to become a national demonstration city for comprehensive, all-scenario BDS applications. The city has expanded a range of world-class and national-level large-scale BDS application scenarios, currently ranking first in a comprehensive rating among 39 cities nationwide.
以“同世界·共北斗——智联时空”为主题的第四届北斗规模应用国际峰会在这里成功举办，本届国际峰会层次高、参与度广、“国际范”足，科技感、沉浸感、代入感拉满。
The 4th International Summit on BDS Applications, themed "One World, BDS with You -- Smart Connectivity across Time and Space," was held here. This summit stood out for its high caliber, broad participation, strong international appeal, cutting-edge technological elements, and immersive experience.
峰会上，芯片、模组、终端、解决方案等多个北斗规模应用系列产品全球首发，还完成了重大项目的签约并发布了多项重要成果。展现北斗产业在技术创新等方面发展成果和未来趋势的《北斗产业发展蓝皮书（2025年）》正式发布。
At the summit, a series of BDS large-scale application products — including chips, modules, terminals, and solutions — made their global debut. Major projects were signed, and key achievements were released. The Blue Book on BDS Industry Development (2025), which highlights the BDS industry's progress in technological innovation and outlines future trends, was also officially released.
此外，采用“1+6+N”（即1个总部、6个基地、N个实验室网络）建设模式的全国首个北斗实验室联盟也宣告成立，成为全国性北斗时空领域开放式创新平台。
Moreover, China's first BDS laboratory alliance was unveiled, adopting a "1 + 6 + N" structure (1 headquarters, 6 bases, and an N-network of laboratories). This alliance is a national open innovation platform in the BDS spatiotemporal field.
身处峰会现场，观众可利用声光电现代技术，身临其境感受北斗赋能万物带来的无穷魅力，大幅提升现场体验的“沉浸感”。
On-site, visitors used advanced audio-visual and electronic technologies to enjoy an immersive experience of the BDS's ability to empower all sectors, greatly boosting the "sense of immersion" of the event.
本届峰会着力打造规模应用和场景示范平台，设置“室内+室外”两大展区，共有上千个应用示范场景集中亮相。24个国家代表团，联合国人居署等5个国际组织参加峰会，并首次有地方省、市代表参展布展，为国际合作和海外推广搭建了桥梁。
This summit focuses on creating large-scale application and scenario demonstration platforms, featuring two main exhibition areas: indoor and outdoor. Over a thousand application demonstration scenarios were showcased. Delegations from 24 countries, along with five international organizations including the UN-Habitat, participated. For the first time, representatives from local provinces and cities also took part in the exhibitions, building a bridge for international cooperation and overseas promotion.
星空浩瀚，北斗璀璨。在株洲，“天边的北斗”正加快成为“身边的北斗”，一座“北斗之城”正在精彩呈现。
The starry sky stretches endlessly, and the Big Dipper constellation, or Beidou, shines brightly. In Zhuzhou, while the Beidou is far in the sky, the BDS is palpable in people's daily life, and a vibrant "BDS-empowered City" is gradually taking shape.
