星河浩荡，北斗领航。2026年9月15日至16日，第五届北斗规模应用国际峰会在湖南株洲举办，本次峰会主题为“同世界•共北斗——赋能全球”。
While the vast starry skyseems endless, China's BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) lights the way. The 5th International Summit on BDS Applications was held in Zhuzhou, central China's Hunan Province, from September 15‑16, under the theme "One World, BDS with You ‑ Empowering the Globe."

From "BDS+" initiatives to the spatiotemporal foundation, from smart ports to BDS‑powered monitoring, from precision agriculture to smart dispatching, the practical, reliable BDS is deeply embedded across countless sectors: transportation, disaster prevention and mitigation, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, urban governance and many more.
峰会期间，来自亚洲、非洲、美洲等34个国家和地区以及多个国际组织的170名代表齐聚一堂，围绕多系统兼容共用、跨境应用、海外合规等议题展开深度对话。
During the summit, 170 representatives from 34 countries and regions across Asia, Africa and the Americas, as well as from multiple international organizations gathered for in‑depth dialogues covering multi‑GNSS compatibility and interoperability, cross‑border deployment, and overseas regulatory compliance.
GNSS系统发展论坛、北斗规模应用国际发展论坛等国际合作平台的建立，为北斗系统的全球化应用铺设了坚实的基石；“北斗应用国际合作创新基地”的正式揭牌，更是标志着北斗国际合作迈上了新台阶。
International cooperation platforms, including the GNSS Development Forum and the BDS Application International Cooperation and Development Forum, laid solid groundwork for BDS global adoption. The official unveiling of the International Cooperation and Innovation Base for BDS Applications marked a new milestone for BDS international cooperation.
作为峰会承办方，中国时空信息集团多举措推动北斗国际合作落地。依托国家对外合作机制布局海外时空服务节点，筑牢海外运营底座；搭建北斗海外服务平台，面向中亚、东南亚、中东、拉美、非洲创新出海模式；整合国内产业链资源，带动国内企业抱团出海，实现从产品出海向产业出海升级。
As the summit organizer, China Space-Time Information Co., Ltd. has rolled out multiple measures to deliver tangible BDS international cooperation outcomes. Leveraging national international‑cooperation frameworks, it deploys overseas spatiotemporal service nodes to strengthen overseas operational infrastructure. It also builds overseas BDS service platforms and develops innovative global‑outreach models targeting Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa. By integrating domestic industrial‑chain resources, the group encourages Chinese enterprises to go global jointly, driving an upgrade from individual product exports to full‑industry‑chain international expansion.

In 2025, Zhuzhou's BDS‑related spatiotemporal information industrial cluster reached 22.96 billion yuan, hosting 188 enterprises, with more commercial space firms setting up local operations.
